3. AGREEMENT

The agreement consists of the purchase information provided in our online store, any direct communication between us (e.g., email), and the acceptance confirmation sent to you by email. A legally binding contract is only formed upon our acceptance of your order. If we cannot accept your order due to stock issues, unexpected resource limitations, or pricing errors, we will inform you and refund any payments made.

4. PAYMENT

We prioritize your security on Robostop.eu. We do not store payment information and utilize trusted payment processors like Shopify Pay, PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna. Our site is SSL-encrypted for additional security.

Payment is due when the item is dispatched. Prices include VAT but shipping costs are additional, detailed before order confirmation.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times may extend during busy periods. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays from our warehouse.

IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION

Orders will be held at the pickup point for 7 days before being returned, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the order within this period. A non-collection fee of €30 will be charged for unclaimed orders.

7. OPEN PURCHASE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return. A return fee of €7.95 applies, deducted from your refund.

8. RETURNS POLICY

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund. Items returned in a used condition or without original packaging will be assessed for a value reduction.

We aim to deliver all goods in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is not as described or below expected quality, please contact us promptly for resolution.
